Dr. Zoë Randol | Physical Therapist

Zoë Randol, DPT, is a licensed doctor of physical therapy who takes a whole-person approach to healing and wellness, grounded in a deep respect for the body’s interconnected systems. She specializes in techniques that address the root causes of pain and movement challenges, including Postural Restoration, Fascial Counterstrain and other hands-on therapies based on osteopathic principles. Whether working with complex, long-term conditions or recent injuries, Zoë brings curiosity, compassion and focused attention to each session. 

Education & Experience

Zoë earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Marymount University, and also holds a Master of Arts from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College, where she was a member of the rowing team. She held student leadership roles in both graduate programs.

Committed to lifelong learning, Zoë continues to study advanced therapy methods to deepen her understanding of how physical, neurological, physiological and emotional factors all contribute to health and healing. Her current training includes:

  • Fascial Counterstrain (FCS)
  • Postural Restoration Institute (PRI)
  • Klein Institute for Comprehensive Manual Therapy

Outside the clinic, Zoë finds joy and perspective in parenting, spending quality time with her husband and staying active in ways that support both her personal well-being and her clinical work.
